This is Sanandan Ratkal.
I'm a Service Designer & Researcher. I have been working at the Tata Research Design & Development Centre, TCS Research for three years. My work spans Employee Engagement, Legal-tech, Education, Customer Experience, Research-into-Design, and beyond.
The privilege of this exposure has sharpened my inclination for impact, driven by research and creativity. I like learning about complex behaviour flows and enjoy designing for the people behind them.
On most days, you’ll find me straddling rational and creative thinking; on others, I dabble in writing on my Medium blog.
